How Trauma Affected my Family
Through my years of searching for answers to some big questions, I've come to realize some things. Disease is not a crapshoot.
Most often, people get sick because of deep-seated issues that have not been resolved and are stuck in the body or energy field.
My parents were emotional wrecks, having lived in Hungary during WWII and the ensuing Hungarian Revolution. My mother, my brother
and his son, who were all major stress cases, all died of cancer. My father died of Parkinson's disease,
a nervous system disorder, which my older brother now has. My sister and I are doing well, both having a deeper understanding
of wellness and actively working on healing our emotional wounds. We talk often about what went down.
And it's not just war that wrecks a person's psyche. There are many types of events that cause trauma and many ways to heal it.
